Currently I am the Sr Director of Employee Experience at HealthFleet, Inc. We are a health technology company with products that blend people, content and innovative technology to deliver impactful programs targeting many of the most pervasive chronic health conditions affecting the global population As the Sr Director of Employee Experience (HR), I work to recruit, retain and develop HealthFleet's greatest asset: its people. Operating remotely across the US HF employees are working on programs that matter, by helping our members achieve better health. My team and I spend our time thinking about our the talented, diverse, community and how we can continue to provide outstanding support to our clients and members. My experience in practicing human resources in startups and small to midsized company's within the healthcare and technology industries and serving many years in the role of ‘HR Department of One’ has given me a diverse background in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Management Coaching, Employment Law and Benefits. As an experienced Senior Human Resources leader and business partner, I have used my human resources background and a blend of experience in various positions within private and publicly traded sectors to affect positive change in the organization's where I've worked. I've effectively balanced big picture thinking and strategic planning with hands-on execution which has allowed me to combine decisiveness, business acumen and formal education to achieve objectives both professionally and personally.
