During my career, I have been employed in the accounting/finance field as a QuickBooks Consultant, Office Manager, Staff Accountant, Financial Analyst, and Controller. I achieved a large degree of success by working with small business owners to links the accounting/finance functions to the needs of business units. In addition, I combined automation with process improvements to achieve lean and efficient staffing. I am a strong advocate of goal setting and using data collection, analysis and trending as a baseline for continuous quality improvement. Finally, I view a good job as a privilege, not an entitlement. I strive to add value to my employer each and every day.
