Zapier (YC S12) gives people internet superpowers by letting them easily connect and automate the apps they use. Partners, including Salesforce, Intuit, Google, and Dropbox, utilize Zapier to offer their customers integrations with over 750 apps. The Zapier Developer Platform enables developers to add APIs for private or public use. Our growing, remote team has members around the world. We are on a mission to make work easier. Needs updating, as I no longer work at Zapier —> I'm a part of the Community team at Zapier, where I help our users learn how to use Zapier, troubleshoot issues and come up with workflows and workarounds, to solve complex business problems. If it isn’t immediately obvious how to accomplish something, I persevere until I either find a solution or determine that something isn’t possible. And most times, I’m able to find a way to get it done. A big part of my role is to manage the content strategy for the Zapier Community, which is something I quite enjoy because it allows me to use all of my skills and interest (creative thinking, writing, design). Beyond my role at Zapier I enjoy web design, writing and photography.
