Fred is an experienced leader with a unique combination of marketing and technology skills. Fred started his career in the technology field as a software developer. He quickly grew to managing teams of tech support and fellow developers to building industry leading web based platforms. The second stage of Fred's career moved out from behind the screen to Technology Strategy, guiding the goals and objectives behind what drives business success for brands. This pivot took him into the world of marketing and advertising where he was integral in creating a new business unit creating websites and apps for brands. Seeing the evolution in how digital experiences were growing, Fred created another new business unit centered around User Experience. In this period, he established the agencies Innovation team made up of members from across the organization to collaborate and create new products and offerings to clients. These products became the corner stone of differentiation and selling proposition for future new business wins. The third stage of Fred's career began the focus on disrupting the traditional advertising model. As brands accelerated the media dollars from traditional platforms into the digital space, he helped align the company for long term success. This transformation was based on a three pronged strategy that Fred developed focused around data analytics, programmatic media, and dynamic creative. First, he centralized all of the analytics resources across the agency to build a dedicated center of excellence. Then he founded and incubated the fully in-house programmatic trading desk to spend clients dollars more efficiently and in the process generated millions in new revenue dollars. Finally, he established both an experience strategy and content strategy team to drive dynamic customer experiences across the marketing funnel.
