Michael is a digital creative executive and impact entrepreneur with more than 17 years growing companies and social good organizations. His roles have included Founder & CEO, Strategist and Growth-Hacker. And also Counselor, Youth Advocate, and Volunteer. Michael began working in the internet industry in 1999, and went on to direct product marketing for an edtech startup with over 2M users nationwide. He served as the VP of Marketing for a design and technology agency before founding his own firm, Wheel Media. Michael is the Founder of New Sincerity, a social impact media company celebrating all of America's cultures and identities. As a digital publisher, our news inspires and informs, breaking barriers and championing diversity. Behind the scenes we're a tech company, building a platform to connect Americans across difference. Michael spent over four years working in education and mental health, including the research of culturally diverse and under-served communities, and work at two universities in both an academic and counseling capacity. His focus was on cross-cultural communication, therapeutic services, program development, departmental leadership, training, and helping the neediest among us. Prior to his work as a creative executive and in education, Rolph spent seven years in banking where he co-founded a retail mortgage banking firm. Michael's passions include social entrepreneurship, community development, building coalitions and poverty alleviation. He understands how to create products that connect with people at a deep level and build an authentic relationship.
