Mr. Melrose is a voting Board Member and Technical Committee member of the ISA Security Compliance Institute (ISCI) which develops the conformance specifications to the ISA 99/IEC 62443 ICS cyber security standard and is a voting member of IEC/TC65 committee preparing conformance testing schemes under IEC 62443 ICS cyber security standards. He has over 20 years of experience in Designing secure system for the US Department of Defense, US Intelligence Community and various commercial companies. Jeff has BS and MS degrees in Mathematics and holds the CEH, CISSP, ISSEP and GICSP security professional certifications. Jeff is also a member of AFPM, ISA99, IEC Cyber Security Task Force and ISC(2). Jeff has spoken at national and international cyber security conferences for MIT (IC)3, Lockheed, Yokogawa, Smart Industry IIOT, SANS, ICSJWG, AFPM, and Black Hat. And continues to work closely with the US DHS ICS-CERT organization on ICS cyber vulnerabilities and also with cyber researchers around the world.
