At XING E-Recruiting, the biggest growth- and revenue driver of the "New Work" group (>150m€ p.a.), I am responsible for Business Development, Sales Operations, Sales Support, Business Analytics & Sales/Service Controlling. Some of my key responsibilities are to enable data driven decisions, develop go-to-market strategies, implement strategic projects and bring our sales & service teams to an operational excellence. Additionally, I am responsible for our Sales- and Service infrastructure and I have driven forward several digitalization & automation projects, e.g. the introduction of Salesforce Service Cloud, Community Cloud or IBM Watson Campaign Automation. As a member of the five-person leadership team and legal representative of XING E-Recruiting, I am co-responsible for the management of up to 40% annual growth via new B2B customers, product innovation, M&A and a continuous development of tools, processes, structures, people and culture. In January 2020, I additionally took over the main responsibility for launching the new XING TalentService (XTS), a semi-automated offer to support especially small and medium companies in actively addressing potential candidates on XING. The XTS was launched in October 2020 and has currently 12 employees. I have many years of experience in leadership and in managing complex corporate projects with different stakeholders from different countries and locations, e.g. post merger integrations of kununu, equipia and Prescreen or various product launches. One of my special strengths is the combination of analytical and strategical thinking with detailed knowledge about processes, a "sales drive" and operational excellence. I motivate my teams by creating powerful visions, setting clear and ambitious goals and leaving a lot of freedom how to achieve them. I believe in the creativity, the strengths and the focus of my teams. I trust them to find the best solutions, and I believe that personal growth, development opportunities and appreciation are the keys for long-term satisfaction and strong performance of every individual in the company.
