I am a longtime software developer with significant experience building systems for the financial services industry. I started in Boston building systems to support the research and portfolio management divisions of Fidelity Investments. Following a move to New York I worked on projects for a number of investment banks. In 2009 I began working independently as a software development consultant primarily to early stage companies looking for guidance in implementing their vision through technology. This phase brought me experience developing systems for a wide range of customer and business centered applications. Currently I am managing a team responsible for the data products of a ad-tech company. Here I am focused supporting the business while rebuilding the data pipeline in Clojure. Existing systems in Clojure are being enhanced while older Python and Java applications are being refactored and rebuilt in Clojure with a goal of being 100% Clojure across all systems. https://github.com/bradlucas
