I am passionate about contributing to development and have accelerated growth in multiple businesses improving operational performance whilst enhancing corporate governance, transparency and financial structure. My strength is to engage directly in the business to enable and drive strategy and the performance agenda. I have developed business focused finance capabilities, led strategy development and completed successful mergers, acquisitions and disposals, balance sheet re-financing and cost restructuring programmes, most recently completing the award winning sale and integration of Earthport plc to Visa Inc.
