Helping companies improve the employee experience | HR in the UK and internationally Marie's early HR career started in Manufacturing, before moving into retail and most recently working in a standalone Group HR Director role supporting over 200 employees across Media and professional services companies within the Group. She now has more than 9 years experience, specialising in in the following areas; - Employee Relations - Recruitment (at all levels) - Employee engagement/experience and employer branding - Performance Management - Change Management - Linking HR with all departments across the business Marie is an Associate member of the CIPD and has a reputation for being a real 'people person' who will always balance the needs of the business with that of staff members. Her first degree is a BA (hons) in Business and Personnel and she is now working towards her second degree, an MA in Human Resources Management.
