I have nearly 30 years of technology experience which includes software development, field systems engineer, database administrator, SAN manager, and a project manager across multiple verticals including financial, legal and energy fields. Key accomplishments by myself and my team: Disaster Recovery (Avoidance) – our method of moving all of our systems from our primary site to our secondary site prior to the heart of hurricane season; Moving our core processing systems from AIX to a virtualized Redhat Linux system gaining us both performance and better business continuity; Moving the organization to Windows 7 and VDI for the back-office. In 2011, Bank Systems & Technology recognized me as one of this year’s Elite 8 honorees for being a virtual visionary.
