I am very fortunate to have started my career with The Wonderful Company after graduating from Saint Mary's College of California in 2013. I started out in the Sales & Merchandising organization with Wonderful Sales. I excelled in the field by building relationships and establishing a reputation of quality and customer service. After a year in the field, I was brought to the Talent Acquisition team of The Wonderful Company to recruit for sales and marketing roles. While I haven't been in the recruiting field for long, I have learned quite a bit in a very short amount of time alluding to my ability to adapt and learn quickly. I am very process oriented and successfully helped launch a new ATS system in our Talent Acquisition team due to my knack for being efficient and organized. I thrive in fast-paced environments and love to take on challenges such as aiding in the re-branding of The Wonderful Company's new name (formerly Roll Global).In my opinion, you aren't successful in life if you aren't doing something that makes you happy.
