I am a global innovation executive best known for creating winning strategies that enable companies to achieve notable growth and increased profitability. I have led large-scale transformation in innovation, advanced technology, and marketing to create nimble companies with competitive advantage that accelerate stakeholder and shareholder value. I have driven both organic and inorganic global growth in Fortune 100, mid-cap, and start-up companies across outdoor lifestyle, sensing and control, hydraulics and machinery, communications, and software industries. I currently work as SVP, Business Development and Advanced Technology at Winnebago Industries, where I have led 4 strategic acquisitions adding $2B in incremental annual revenue. I have also created and implemented Winnebago Industries' electrification strategy, and directed the development of the industry’s first all-electric commercial vehicle and consumer e-RV concept vehicle, positioning Winnebago as an industry leader. My approach to business starts with gaining a deep understanding of customers and markets, and using that knowledge to work with product development and marketing teams to develop differentiated offerings and marketing approaches. I am also a big supporter of customer insights research and human-centered design as a way to understand customers better. I am a great believer in the potential of technology to transform businesses. I lead customer-facing digital transformation initiatives at Winnebago Industries.
