White Castle is more than a company. Itâs an experience that transcends time, space and sometimes, rational thought.
Responsible for vision, strategy, and P&L operations of the iconic hamburger chain started in 1921. White Castle has almost 400 company owned restaurants locations in the Midwest and Northeast. We also operates a Retail Division which sells frozen hamburgers and cheeseburgers in grocery and retail chains across all 50 states. In addition, we manufacture our buns and hamburger patties as well as our retail products in our 3 bakeries, 2 meat plants, and 3 frozen food production facilities. I lead the executive team to ensure that we are achieving our goals and providing value for all stakeholders including most importantly the 10,000 Team Members. Running a 95 year old family business in its 4th generation is a very unique challenge, but always a lot of fun and I feel fortunate to work for such an amazing brand. Prior to White Castle, I was responsible for $6M budget of marketing expenditures to drive revenue and profits at Daisytek. With 6 direct reports we also developed and launched an online ordering catalog in 8 months. During my MBA, I developed a European Channel strategy as my internship for Hewlett Packard in Boise, ID and Europe. I also had the opportunity to work for John Glenn during a summer internship in college as well wait tables during college at Snuffer's Bar and Grill in Dallas, TX.
