White Castle is more than a company. It’s an experience that transcends time, space and sometimes, rational thought.

Over 36 years in the restaurant industry; currently serving in the position of Chief Operations Officer for White Castle (Creating Memorable Moments while Feeding the Souls of Craver Generations Everywhere). I have had the opportunity to serve two other iconic restaurant brands prior to joining the White Castle Team. As a leader I believe my number one goal has been to inspire the individuals I work with to do more than they thought they could. Fostering a team environment has proven extremely successful in breaking down barriers between departments and within an organization which has lead to the teams completing several successful initiatives for each brand I have worked with. We each have an opportunity to assist others by setting the right example and to show that if you really enjoy what you are doing every day it is not work, you are “Living the Dream”.
