My interest in hospitality began while I was at university and developed to such an extent, that despite graduating as a physiotherapist I was more passionate about developing a career in the drinks industry.|Over the last three years I have been fortunate to learn from and work alongside some of the most respected bartenders, managers and owners in the industry, both in the UK and Australia. In the last two, working in highly regarded cocktail bars in Edinburgh and Melbourne, where my skills and knowledge developed with increased responsibility in my positions.|I am now looking to build on this experience and further my career by moving across to the brands side of the industry and forging a successful career within a forward-thinking company.
