Senior level technology and business leader with demonstrated success in building and leading IT, engineering, software development and business intelligence/analytics organizations. Specialize in building high performance teams by placing a balanced focus on people, process and technology. Recent accomplishments: •Successfully led the execution of one of the business division's 2015 goals to bring 2 new growth products to market. This included working with the VP of Product Marketing and a newly formed Product Management team to develop new software proof of concept and new business partnerships to enter into new vertical markets.•Established and staffed a team of Systems Engineers and Data Engineers from inception, including the successful creation and implementation of a team charter. Defined and achieved consensus with cross-functional stakeholders on roles and responsibilities team functions within the SDLC.•Successfully led a large, cross-functional team through a multi-year project to replace an outdated, heavily embedded, identity management system.
