Westgate Manufacturing is an international manufacturer and importer of quality electrical and lighting supplies and equipment. With 35 years of experience in manufacturing and business administration, Mordechai Hadjyan established Westgate with a single goal in mind: To achieve total customer satisfaction with each business transaction. Westgate is proud to go above and beyond in providing product reliability, profit, and convenience, in order to make total satisfaction a reality for our customers.

I create and lead selling machines with a "get it done and find a way" culture. I develop detailed business plans and execute without "pretend". I am a well controlled, high energy, hard working, enthusiastic crusading brand builder. I manufacture opportunity and face challenge with respect but without fear. I am generally well respected by peers, colleagues and customers. I have earned much success by paying close attention to and learning from failure. I have been re-recruited by two companies from whom I resigned on principal in effort to rebuild sales and brand identity. For me, standards are not fluid. On the other hand, methods, goals, expectations, time frame, can be negotiated and re-negotiated. Reasonable and capable people routinely discuss and agree on such adjustments.
