We provide comprehensive and rigorous coaching for the GATE exams. Our student-centered guidance focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of each student. This has enabled us to achieve a proven track record of GATE toppers from our institute. The idea for THE GATE ACADEMY took birth with the aim of helping budding engineers to discover, reach and exceed their intellectual potential. THE GATE ACADEMY is founded by alumni of IISc (Indian Institute of Science) and IITs (Indian Institute of Technology). For the first time in India, GATE coaching is being provided under the guidance of former GATE toppers, so as to help young engineering talents to realize their ambitions. Over the past several years, the team has been working on developing the course curriculum and teaching methodology for the GATE exam. This has also taken a tangible shape in the development of preparatory programs for entrance and aptitude tests for various Public/Government Sector jobs. The design, development and delivery of each of the programs offered at THE GATE ACADEMY incorporate the best teaching practices relevant to the tests. We believe that each individual is unique and requires individual guidance. The intense focus on each individual's strengths and weaknesses is at the core of our modules. This will be one of the most crucial value additions by THE GATE ACADEMY. We provide student-centered GATE coaching in helping you achieve the success you desire.
I am an insight driven Human Resources leader passionate about building compensation & benefits, performance management, engagement, L&D and other people programs for high growth orgs. I like to refer to Human Resources as People Science.People Science Teams (PST) empower employees to challenge the status quo and innovate from the minute a candidate accepts an offer to the final hour of his or her last day. Human Behavior, like the movement of a particle, is at times random. Yes, HR just referenced Brownian Motion. People Scientists are responsible for taking this random, along with rational behavior, and identifying people/workplace trends within the data to develop initiatives that direct employees on a safe path to success. The goal: to instill a culture that is not only accepting to anyone’s thoughts, habits and feelings but where being bold and different is strongly encouraged and recognized. Employees shouldn't need to worry about breaking a beaker or blowing up the lab as People Science Teams (PST) have seen it all. When something not so fun does happen, the PSTs are there to jump in, re-organize and push teams forward safely and effectively. Further, the best PSTs have walked around many cities’ blocks and understand that there is no single road to success. A company's product isn’t going anywhere without an engaged, healthy and inspired workforce -- employees are the driver while the product is nestled safely and tightly in shotgun. You can find me on a trail run in Marin and the Presidio -- I dared to run 26.2 miles in the Chicago Marathon. I enjoy cycling to the top of Twin Peaks or over the Golden Gate Bridge; a couple personal cycling accomplishments include riding 2,000 miles over the course of 8 weeks and commuting to work via bike 28 miles each way for a few years. I am always up for a ski trip, a day hike, or a trip to an art exhibit. I never want to stop learning, and love challenging myself to improve.
