In 2019, I made a bold career move and shifted from Marketing to Human Resources! I decided to listen to my heart and build my career through my passion and dive into the Human Resources world. Although my main expertise lies within the marketing realm (and rapidly shifting into HR!) You might be asking, what is your passion!? I'll tell you. People! Being their advocate for growth and building up a company culture that thrives off hard work, meaningful relationships along with recruiting really awesome individuals really speaks to me. So, while I might be making pivots and enhancing my career through the Human Resources world, I'm still using my marketing background to my advantage and blending the two. What really ignites me is building an Onboarding Program that allows new hires to feel connected, welcomed and important the moment they sign their offer letter. I'm a proud ESFJ. Taking something from strong to superb is a challenge I love to take often. I LOVE to organize (anything). I write with brightly colored pens and get excited about crossing off tasks on my to-do list (with highlighters, of course!). I think listening to music while working is a must. Cats > Dogs.
