Founded by experienced scientists, Virta develops and delivers clinically proven and medically supervised individualized therapies to restore metabolic health in chronic disease patients. We are looking for world-class scientists, clinicians, product specialists, designers, and data/software engineers to join our San Francisco headquartered team.What's fun for me is leading innovative, independent-minded teams of creative thinkers and makers. The people I lead as part of my user experience team are: * User Experience Designers who combine the talents of Visual Designers / Interaction Designers * User Experience Researchers who conduct usability tests, run ethnographic research, and champion user centered design * Marketing Designers, who love brand building, graphic design, and yes email design * User Experience Design Engineers who can wield CSS/HTML like others wield Sketch or Photoshop * Writers who can design an experience without ever drawing pixelsIt takes all these types working together create the best overall user experience and the best design culture to enable that work.
