• Specialist in virology, with experience in molecular biology, preclinical vaccine development, clinical virology and drug development • Lead clinical virologist on multiple clinical programs, including pre-clinical studies through phase 4 trials, successfully managing cross-functional internal teams and external contract labs to support global IND, NDA and sNDA filings • Extensive experience with regulatory filings from pre-IND to post-marketing accross multiple drug classes including siRNA, mAb, and small molecules • Internal lead for managing collaborations with key opinion leaders, focusing on analysis of clinical samples and identification of viral and host biomarkers of disease. • Versatile experience in microbiology and molecular biology techniques, cell culture, animal models, evaluation of immune responses, and development of complex biochemical assays
