Vertu Motors PLC is an automotive company that specializes in Car service.

As the CEO of Vertu Motors plc., I am dedicated to delivering an exceptional motoring experience to all customers through leading an outstanding team of colleagues. Vertu Motors is an AIM listed automotive retailer with a turnover of approx £4bn annually; we are the fourth largest car retailer in the UK. The Group started as a ‘cash shell’ in December 2006 and, just three years later, was awarded the ‘Best Use of AIM’ award at the AIM Awards in 2009. We operate under the Bristol Street Motors, Vertu Motors and Macklin Motors brands across the UK, offering a wide range of cars, vans and bikes across 160 outlets from Scotland to Devon. Additionally, we have a specialism for supply in the fleet and commercial vehicle sector. Having been involved in the initial team that formed Vertu Motors, our aim was to create an automotive retailer that is recognised amongst the industry for its strong customer and manufacturer relationships, whilst delivering value to our shareholders. There is only one way to do this and that is to create a strong culture, based on recruiting the best people and investing strongly in training. I firmly believe that thriving colleagues within the Group will drive customer satisfaction and profit growth. Our Vision is to "deliver an outstanding customer motoring experience through honesty and trust" and, as CEO, my goal is to deliver this through working with committed colleagues, who all share that same Vision. Outside of work, I am a Burnley FC fan, a Trustee of the Marches Academy Trust (which operates schools in Shropshire) and I am a Vice President of the Automotive Fellowship International. I am also a member of the congregation at All Saints Church, Gosforth. At home, I split my time between Newcastle and Beadnell, Northumberland. At Vertu Motors, we consistently celebrate our successes and regularly give recognition to deserving colleagues. Our dealerships have featured in the press to share our achievements and I have been interviewed on Sky News, This Morning, Radio 4 Today programme, BBC Breakfast, The Bottom Line on BBC Radio 4 and QuestionTime Extratime on Radio 5 Live. In August 2021 I featured on UndercoverBigBoss on ITV. We endeavour to continue our success into the future, fortifying the Group’s Vision as we go.
