I'm a Senior Director of Operations for Vacasa, a full service vacation rental management company. In this role I lead a team of about 350 teammates, striving to deliver exceptional vacation experiences for our guests, and a hands-off management service for our owners.I've worn several hats during my career-finance, human resources, operations, recruiting, manager and strategist. As a result, I have a unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects and navigate complex challenges. I'm truly passionate about my work, and always eager to connect with others.
