With strong problem-solving skills and consistent attention to detail, my experience includes specification, configuration and support of software and hardware solutions in a corporate environment. In my most recent position, I implemented the support process that allowed for a bespoke recruitment software solution to be successfully introduced into a leading, global, discount supermarket chain with over 9,000 stores in more than 18 countries.
