I have worked in Information Technology since 1998 when I started at Information Technology, Inc., now known as Fiserv in Lincoln, NE. I traveled around the US installing and training user's on check image bank software. With my experience from that job I started as a Computer Support Specialist at the University of Wyoming in 2001. I became the Help Desk Manager at the University of Wyoming in 2006. In September 2013 I became the Interim Technology Support Manager as well as the Help Desk Supervisor, but in May 2014 I was promoted to Technology Support Manager full time. I am constantly in pursuit of a challenge and gaining new skills. Though I am enjoying Management, I do still like to get my hands dirty and take some support calls head on still. Specialties: WIndows 7, Windows 8.1. Mac OS X 10. Social Media, cloud computing.
