Mary Ann Moore has more than 30 years of international experience in facilitating change, developing leaders, and building strategies to create organizational climates that lead to superior performance. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, executive coaching, and whole systems change. Her collaborative approach to consulting enables her to effectively engage leaders at all levels of an organization, from senior executives to first line supervisors, in identifying and implementing change strategies. Her consulting experience includes clients in energy and petrochemicals, aerospace, manufacturing, and consumer products. Mary Ann’s partnership with the leadership team of a major energy company’s Lubes business resulted in a successful change effort focused on involving employees in reducing cost, increasing service and quality, and aligning with strategic goals. As a senior member of the organizational consultancy she led leadership development and organizational change initiatives globally. Working with leadership at a global consumer products company, Mary Ann designed and facilitated the process to shape organizational culture following the acquisition of two consumer products companies. She collaborated with the design team of internal and external consultants at a global aerospace company to implement a computer based leadership development program. She has also worked with individual leaders and their teams, in a variety of organizations, facilitating dialogue to reduce conflict and focus on shared goals and performance improvement. Mary Ann holds an MFA from The George Washington University and a BA from Marquette University. She studied organizational behavior and theology at The George Washington University, Georgetown University and the Aquinas Institute of Theology. She has continued study at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Organization & Systems Development Program.
