Mr. Bustos is a Construction Project Manager and Resident Engineer with over 17 years of experience. Throughout his career Mr. Bustos, a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, has served as construction project manager and resident engineer in multiple infrastructure projects in the New York City metropolitan area for agencies that include the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) and the City of New York Parks and Recreation Department (NYCDPR). Early in his career, Mr. Bustos was a construction inspector and office engineer for the NYCDDC, NYCDPR and municipalities in Long Island such as the Nassau County Department of Public Works. Mr. Bustos has been responsible for the management of a staff of inspectors and engineers, managing project costs and budgets, contract administration, schedule monitoring, subcontractor relations and is involved in business development activities and proposal writing. During his career, Mr. Bustos has progressively been taking on increasing responsibilities and is involved in various professional organizations, participating in activities and events with ASHE New York Metro, ASCE, ACEC, SAME, NYSSPE and Municipal Engineers of the City of New York.
