I’m a UI Designer with a background in eCommerce Operations, Customer Service, and Software Management within the Fashion Industry. In my role, I curate the tech stack driven by my intention to implement ease for the agents while also creating an elevated experience for my customers, so my specialization has become uncovering the balance between both sides of the process. This means that selecting software that facilitates an enjoyable agent experience and simultaneously supports an easy customer experience has become paramount. Learning so much about software inspired me to want to further my education and pursue a career change to UI design. I believe that my unique perspective as a software manager will enhance my abilities as a UI Designer because I’ve been a user, a product selector, and now a UI designer. I'm passionate about meaningful design solutions for the industries focused on Sustainability, Electric Vehicles, and Plant Based Nutrition.
