As the VP, People at Next Glass, I lead the People (HR) function across our equity-backed suite of brands & products including Untappd, BeerAdvocate, Hop Culture, OZNR, and Ollie. Next Glass is the leading global provider of software (SaaS + commerce), content and experiences in the beverage alcohol industry with 140+ employees across the United States, Canada, and the Netherlands. Prior to Next Glass, I worked for The Walt Disney Company in executive talent acquisition, leadership learning & development, diversity & inclusion and program management. I have a passion for promoting inclusive workplaces, and during my time at Disney I had the honor to serve as a leader for Women@Disney and create programming for our Girls Who Code partners. I am a proud graduate of Brigham Young University-Hawaii, where I double majored in Business Management and Hospitality & Tourism Management with a focus in marketing.
