Director of Compliance

United Site Services provides portable restroom and sanitation services. Services include portable toilets, porta potties, temporary fences and portable shower rentals.

My background includes all aspects of commercial transportation from CDL operator and dispatch operations to DOT and Hazardous Materials compliance. I am currently the Director of Compliance for the the nation’s leading provider of temporary site services. From 2016-2019 I was the Director of Transportation Compliance for the largest hazardous waste transporter in North America with a team of six compliance specialist under my care covering more than 600 dispatch locations. Previous to that, I successfully managed DOT compliance covering a sixteen-state region with 121 dispatch locations and more than 500 drivers as a Transportation Compliance Specialist. As well, I developed and implemented the DOT compliance program for a regional Hazardous Materials transporter covering a seven-state region. In 2018 I successfully authored internal FMCSR and PHMSA Hazardous Materials training for my employer at the time. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to develop effective driver and driver manager facing training initiatives to resolve the full gamut of DOT compliance issues. (Such as Hours of Service, driver vehicle inspection, roadside inspections, CSA compliance, and Hazardous Materials training). I consistently drove improvement with an emphasis on driver and driver manager mentoring. In addition to this experience, I gained considerable industry experience during my time spent as a commercial driver with more than one million accident free miles.
