I am an accomplished leader at innovating and growing successful technology businesses. As Senior Vice President, I lead the strategy and delivery of digital products and payment solutions for the credit union, helping to make digital the preferred channel for our members. I lead organizations that gets things done - we were the first credit union to provide members the ability to buy and sell cryptocurrency from online banking, we lead innovation to provide blockchain authentication for our members, and we've brought high-value features to the digital channel such as real-time external account linking, balance transfers, mobile-first online account opening, integrated contextual help guides, virtual support chatbot, integrated target marketing, online appointment scheduling, and online card transaction disputes. We've advanced usage and analysis of data to drive business decisions, remove friction from member experiences, and identify opportunities to meet the financial needs of our members. Digital engagement is up, and financial transactions and engagements from the digital channel continue to grow rapidly. As Vice President / General Manager I built a digital business line to be a market-leader with more than 1,000 clients and $50M in revenue. I have launched more than a dozen technology solutions and have a deep background in online financial products for consumers: Online Banking, Bill Pay, Lending, Account Opening, etc. As division Vice President of product management, I helped establish a product management center of excellence and directed product growth strategy for a $500M portfolio, enabling year over year increase in add-on sales.
