Delivering of complex and tailor made structured credit solutions for Italy and Southern Europe corporates, financial institutions and public entities or authorities. Structuring of transactions collateralized by portfolio of asset, belonging to different asset classes, for and/or: (i) capital relief, and/or (ii) funding purposes involving standard and hybrid structures, including structured covered bonds and different format of secure lending. Asset financing for both balance sheet exposures or ABCP sponsored programs, sometimes combined with the disposal of the mezzanine and junior risk. More than 60 transactions successfully executed to date, involving more than Eur 150 bln of equivalent portfolio of assets across mainly Italy (consumer and personal loans, auto loans, leasing receivables, residential and commercial mortgage loans, trade receivables, corporate loans – large corporates but also SMEs) but also UK, France and Spain (auto loans and residential mortgage loans). Dealing mainly with CFOs and treasurer of the main clients of the bank on both corporates and FIG side. Exposures to the largest Italian corporate clients and both Tier I and Tier II FIG, inclusive of their captive companies. Lead/oversee the overall arrangement of the most important/complex transactions, making sure the compliance with the target KPIs and the applicable regulations: (i) Actively participating to the creation of the financial structure of the transaction; (ii) Coordinate the legal counsel in arranging the legal structure of the transaction; (iii) Coordinate other third parties (auditors, regulators, agents, etc.); (iv) Dealing with all internal departments/stakeholders; and (v) Portfolio analysis and evaluation (including cash flow modelling) Ensure the development of an healthy and sustainable business flow. Lead and facilitate the resolution of any business related issues, push and promote solutions to facilitate the business growth.
