I have worked in information technology for the University of Michigan for over 22 years with experience in Service Management, the Service Desk both as an analyst and supervisor. I also have experience in desktop support as a technician, and team lead. My role prior to my current assignment was as an Enterprise Business Analyst which involved IT enterprise analysis and project management work. My current responsibility involves the management of the desktop team, system admins, and training & communication team for the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. The Ross School of Business IT mission will center on incorporating service management that is aligned with exceptional customer service, which takes business outcomes and provides innovated solutions that drive successful outcomes and customer value.
