20 years of hands-on marketing and public relations management experience in both event and institutional marketing, institutional branding and industry-specific B2B marketing. Extensive experience in media buying, electronic media development and production (Radio, TV, Web including script development and story boarding), art direction, contracting with independent creative professionals and fostering relationships with state-wide and industry-specific media outlets. Additional Professional Experience: Currently sits on several regional advisory boards including the Board of Directors for the Northwest CT Arts Council, the Western CT Convention and Visitors Bureau, Five Points Contemporary Art Gallery and the Town of Harwinton’s Economic Development Commission. Established and served as chairman of the City of Torrington's Arts & Culture commission (Arts.Culture.Torrington) developing key initiatives that leveraged the City's arts and cultural assets as economic drivers for redevelopment and revitalization and cited as one of CT's top ten economic initiatives in the state by the CT Economic Resource Center. Previously served as Chairman of Northwest CT Chamber of Commerce's Young Professionals Organization and helped conceive and establish Northwest CT's first-ever Children's Museum— Kidsplay.
