I have been engaged in higher-education teaching, scholarship, and administration for most of my professional career. In addition to my current position, I have served, intermittently, at other academic and professional institutions and I also have military experience. I seek administrative opportunities that include a tenured professorship and I may wish to pursue a future career at another institution of higher education or scholarly research-- especially, but not exclusively, in the New England region. Specialties: Teaching, writing, scholarship, and critical research skills, political and constitutional analysis, grant writing, budget oversight, general administration and personnel management, academic and professional advising and counseling, curriculum development and implementation, long-range institutional planning, public relations.
