Organizations hire or consult with me when they want to define or redefine their culture based on the core values of their team members. This approach differs from the norm where a small group of senior leaders decide on rallying around values they choose that may or may not fit their employees. I am an alumnus of the United States Military Academy at West Point, Boston University, and the University of Texas Dallas. I have used my formal and informal education as an avid reader, in five industries including higher education where I currently serve as the Chief People Officer for the Texas Tech University System’s four universities located in West Texas and beyond.
