My career has always been focused on problem solving, which follows my passion for mathematics. Recruiting allows me to utilize this passion. Nothing is more enjoyable to me than putting the right person in the right role at a company that fits for them. This is also been true for the companies I have represented. Finding that individual that not only can technically do the job, but whose personality/passion matches the company culture: the perfect combination for a long-term employee! My experience in different industries, in different roles, has given me the unique opportunity to work with a variety of talented people, at many different levels. This gives me a breadth of knowledge that I utilize on a daily basis.
