I am currently in my 21st year working in higher education. During my career I have served as a tenure-track faculty member; who successfully achieved tenure and the rank of professor, a department chair, academic college dean and Vice Chancellor. My professional experiences over the past sixteen years at Troy University have enabled me to work within one of the nations most dynamic and entrepreneurial higher education settings, providing me with the ability, characteristics, and administrative experiences needed to serve in today's higher education environment. For the past 10 years I have served at the Senior Administrative level and have been a member of the Chancellor's Cabinet for the past 4 years. My current position is responsible for providing leadership and direct all operational activities of the University's Montgomery campus.
