Our extensive knowledge in composite design and years of industry expertise make us a leader and innovator in composites engineering and product development. We continuously improve our infrastructure and skill sets while expanding the materials and processes envelope. From large complex structures to small components, Triton's staff of dedicated materials, process, design, and analysis engineers and fabricators works closely with our customers to develop new composite systems that cost no more (and less) than the baseline metal components they replace.

Ross Haghighat is a US based Business Executive, Serial Entrepreneur and Venture Capitalist. Ross specializes in transforming early-stage technology and life science companies into successful global corporate entities. His efforts encompass negotiating M&A agreements, Strategic planning, Corporate restructuring, and guiding corporations towards successful IPOs. His three dace long career has impacted markets spanning; biotech, medtech, telecom, ESG and specialty chemicals. He has founded or co-founded a half dozen companies and led strategic pivot at several others, especially in life sciences. Ross is credited with several successful US and OUS IPOs and many M&A transactions. As a Board member, he often participates on Audit, Compensation and Nominating & Corporate Governance committees. Over the past decade, he has helped raise over $2B in capital for his portfolio companies and has contributed to a combined shareholder value exceeding over $5B.
