I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I have always loved San Francisco and it's truly diverse culture and now reside here. I am a huge foodie and someone who loves to travel. In my spare time, I enjoy playing golf, going for a jog, hanging out with my dog, or finding the best restaurant in town. Working with people, developing customer relationships, and understanding the consumers expectations is something I am very experienced in. I have led a team of 35 front office, operators, and bell man in my current role as a Guest Service Manager and have increased Metric service goals by 20% for 5 consecutive quarters. I have a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry experiencing many channels of tourism. I am committed and confident to provide valuable information to potential clients while exceeding in service, I ensure any situation is positive. I am cross functional and able to "wear many hats" in any environment.
