I started at Tree Top, Inc. in 1991 as a general clerk in our Selah Plant Office. From there, my duties expanded with more responsibility as my interest in computers grew. I learned our internal systems from receiving to production, along with inventory control and then sales and invoicing processes. That knowledge led me to utilize my application skills in our IS Department as a Help Desk Technician. Our main operating system is the IBM iSeries (AS400), in which I manage user security, perform operational functions, and extract data into valuable reports for our decision makers. Most recently worked with our team to implement Skype For Business, provisioning and deploying IP phones to several of our locations. I spent three years on an ERP system implementation team, and continue to support the system through user security, upgrades, ongoing training and troubleshooting. As part of our Microsoft Sharepoint steering committee I was engaged in developing our sites from the implementation plan to adjusting cascading style sheets, creating infopath forms, and user security. Interview end users for their reporting needs, design and deploy finished reports. Education: Bachelor Science in Business Administration 3.5 GPA November 2005
