I am a business-oriented software development leader with experience in all areas of technology. My passion for delivering business results has led me to focus on eCommerce at multiple points in my career including my present tenure at Total Wine. I have a strong track record of doing whatever it takes to deliver results including program management, business development and technical trouble-shooting. In my 7 years with Total Wine I’ve created and built-out 2 different software development teams, focusing on hiring, organization design and process improvement. My personal engagement and satisfaction comes from taking on large complex initiatives, whether it is building a new software application, building a team, or striving to achieve financial goals. I take pride in my communications abilities which I demonstrate through translating complex technical issues into business layman’s terms, informal chats with my team, and regularly presenting to our Board of Directors and company-wide management team. With my extensive experience as a consultant as well as “the client”, I enjoy crafting win-win deals and managing vendor relationships.
