For the past 10+ years I have been at the bleeding edge of bringing crowdsourcing to the enterprise. As head of product and platform development for TopCoder, I bring a practical sense of technology together with real world customer and user experience to enable a new and disruptive business model. Having built the TopCoder platform with TopCoder's own community based competition model, I have extensive expertise in crowdsourcing and community based development. Beyond technology, I played an integral role in building out the business model with the executive team. Leveraging a solid technical foundation, I now maintain a core focus on driving value to the business and customers, large and small. Innovation, executing game changing ideas, and empowering teams to be successful is what I excel at, especially in the communty and crowdsourcing marketplace. I'm comfortable working directly with executive management as well as presenting new and unique concepts to large groups, investors, and executives.
