I am an advocate for TRANSFORMATION, whether it be from lemons to lemonade or from inefficient processes to streamlined solutions. Dynamic, smart, and thoughtful, I begin every transformation project by observing people, processes, and strategies. Once I have a strong understanding of the current approach, I kick into action. I rely on common sense, expert advice (I rarely attempt to go it alone), and endless energy to analyze each of the challenges and then build strategic solutions.
