Fred Cooper is Senior Vice President - Finance, International Development & Investor Relations at Toll Brothers (NYSE:TOL). As a senior Fortune 500 executive, Fred has extensive entrepreneurial leadership experience in real estate, finance, capital raising, investor relations, business development, marketing, communications, urban development, community redevelopment, public-private partnerships and Board of Directors engagement in dynamic world-class private sector, non-profit, and government organizations. Fred joined Toll Brothers to formalize and launch its Finance & Investor Relations Departments. Since then, he has led teams that have raised over $25 billion in corporate and project finance capital from the public, institutional and bank markets and from domestic and international institutions. Projects include urban and suburban for-sale, rental, student, urban high-rise, condo, 55+, single-family build-to-rent, and master planned communities, and various land development, urban redevelopment, mixed-use, retail, office, hotel and industrial projects, ranging from $10 million to over $1 billion. Fred has been named to Institutional Investor magazine's All-American Executive Team over a dozen times for Toll Brothers' award-winning Finance and Investor Relations Program. He has substantial international business and volunteer experience in finance, real estate and housing in Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe and MENA markets.
