As professor/lector Biobased resources & energy, I'm trying to connect these dots looking at the possibilities to recover valuable resources and energy from residual streams. Together with researchers, companies and students we are working on the realization of a more biobased and circular economy. As a teacher at the 'Environmental Sciences for Sustainable Energy and Technology (ESSET)' study programme, coordinator of the semester programme Biobased Technology & Business Development and coordinator of the Living Lab Biobased Brazil, I want to learn and make (international) students enthusiastic about these new developments.
