His wide background includes expertise in operational transformation and process optimization, including the implementation of target operating models, as well as the design, definition and deployment of service propositions, implementing large scale global transformation and change management programmes and the build-out of globally connected services platforms. He was also responsible for an international offshoring strategy implementation in both Fund Administration and Banking. With this as his background, Sam is responsible for leading the aggressive and market-disruptive digital strategy and execution at HSP Group.
