I strive to make an impact - on my coworkers, my sales teams, my distributors and dealers and my customers. That is what it will always be about. Driving sales growth and impacting how my team gets that done is extremely important. What is in the back of my mind is really... 'what is our customers' perception of us?' and 'what do we want to be known for in the mind of our customers?' I am a true believer that sales, marketing and service are intertwined and cannot forge onward and upward without one another. I won't get on my rant here, but call me to discuss this and we'll open up a box of 'how do we get better at what we do' and that will include getting more customers (marketing) to sell more of our product (sales) and keep those customers happy (service).
