I am a HR professional with an IT background, delivering diverse experiences in bringing value to a ‘global enterprise’, my ‘local community’ through organizations supporting the arts and to ‘people’ through church leadership. Quick to learn, curious by nature and interested in guiding the deployment of strategy and technology in providing value to any size organization, its leadership and its people for the betterment of all. With over 25 years of experience in providing information technology based solutions improving the effectiveness of business support functions for a large global enterprise through the alignment of resources with strategic vision. Proven project leader with a successful track record in leading teams from multiple functional areas through design and implementation stages utilizing a collaborative approach that focuses on exceeding the expectations of internal & external customers as well as enterprise leadership. My current role is platform architect with responsibility for the SAP/SuccessFactors (SAP/SF) cloud based HR and Payroll platform deployed across The Timken Company global enterprise. This includes the SAP/SF suite of Talent Management, Learning and Compensation along with Employee Central and EC-Payroll integrations, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing and Analytics. This follows my role as the functional lead for a global deployment of the Employee Central core including integrations across the SAP/SF platform suite. The scope of my architectural responsibilities also involves the managing a single HR Systems platform for the centralization of data and standardization of business processes of all entities within the Timken global enterprise and the coordination of global internal resources along with external development partner resources.
